- Creating a Young Adult community that sincerely care for each other in unconditional Christ's love as part of NBC family of God.
- Building a 'safe' atmosphere for people to share their lives and freely express their burden in work/study life.
- Be a community that will do all things wholeheartedly as an act of worship to God and being witnesses of Christ in the market place.

- BUILDING strong fellowship among Indonesian Young Adults in Singapore,
- DEVELOPING the spirit of exellency in God,
- EQUIPING Young Adults to face challenges in their lives,
- EMPOWERING Young Adults to be bold witnesses in the market place,
- REACHING Indonesian Young Adults in Singapore for Christ,
- BE A BLESSING for their communities.
